It’s almost 55 degrees here. I repeat, 55 degrees above zero, in the northwest corner of North Dakota, in late February. In fact, it’s been warm for the past couple weeks. The cats were all outside this morning and now they’re all like Luna here, in various states of repose.
In an hour or so we’ll take the dogs out to the farm for some much needed exercise. They’ve spent the morning standing on the deck or in the driveway, barking their fool heads off at every other dog in town standing in its driveway barking its fool head off. This cacophony could be unnerving to some cats. Ours just ignore it. Or roll over and fall back to sleep. Luna has chosen to sleep it off.
